GRUPO BOLIVAR S.A. grants to user a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to display www.grupobolivar.com.co on the screen of a computer, desktop or PDA device under control thereof, to use the object code (not the source code) of software of www.grupobolivar.com.co

Industrial Property
All trademarks, emblems, logos, names and any other distinctive signs, as well as utility models and industrial designs and other elements of industrial or intellectual property inserted, used or displayed on this Web Site are the exclusive Property of GRUPO BOLIVAR S.A. or companies that are part of Grupo Empresarial Bolívar and in some cases they are owned by third parties who have expressly authorized GRUPO BOLIVAR S.A. for use or exploitation thereof.
Similarly, in some cases the use of Industrial Property belonging to third parties has been authorized by the law in general, and therefore its use does not require express prior authorization from the owner thereof. Notwithstanding as provided in peremptory regulations under Colombian law in effect, GRUPO BOLIVAR S.A. assumes no liability whatsoever, including those resulting from any loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, existence of virus, results from the use or inability to use the material on this Web Site, lost business opportunities, or any other damage, even if the user has warned us about the possibility of such damages, or for any third party claims, except as expressly provided herein.
