To continue with the international expansion vision on the insurance business, in the first half of 2010 Grupo Bolivar created a Mixed Insurance Company in Costa Rica, which country opened in that year its insurance market to competition. This company, called Seguros Bolívar Aseguradora Mixta S.A., offers services in the fields of personal and general insurance.
