Creation of Seguridad Compañía Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.

The then standing Board of Directors decided to create company Seguridad Compañía Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.; although not as recognized as other Grupo Bolivar companies, it was in charge of managing the Security Fund, today known as “"Fondo de Inversión Colectiva Seguridad Bolivar".
The primary purpose of this Collective Portfolio is offering to customers the opportunity of investing in a diversified portfolio, composed by stocks, fixed income securities and other financial instruments, preventing investors from carrying out any activities and taking any risks incurred if direct investment were made.
